Job journey: I joined National Instruments India in 2009 February as an office administrator .Toady I work on all administrative related activities for the whole of India branch and at present working as a senior office administrator handling a team 5 people. The last 2 years have been a journey of a roller coaster for me and the ride was so fun! I couldn't have imagined such a wonderful career graph after my PGDM but all thanks to the knowledge and insight which I gained during my college days at IBMR. I always wanted to see myself in Sales & Marketing since beginning of my career and the placement committee at IBMR ensured that I get that and that too in my favorite trade 'Hospitality'. We were the ones who actually faced and experienced the term Recession and it was at its peak when our placements were about to start, but our faculties left no stone unturned to get us place in some of the best and finest organization in India. MY PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY - I started my profession as a Store Manager @ Smart Retail Pvt. Ltd. wherein I learnt Retail Management in depth while handling a store. This was the phase of unlearning our theoretical concepts and learn things in a more pragmatic way. Smart has been a great learning curve in my life. Later on, I leveraged my experience in Retail Sales to become a Merchandiser @ BigBasket.com (SGSPL).

ABOUT IBMR - IBMR has always been close to my heart for many reasons. It has definitely given me a lot of inputs in terms of Management and Business.
